Disintegrator is an independent think tank, sitting in the widening gaps between technological, theoretical, and creative states of the art. Our expertise involves helping technological practices become discursively situated and helping theoretical and creative practices access the relentless velocity of new frameworks and breakthroughs emerging from the tech sector.
We reveal what disciplinary thinking has obscured about the structures that our lives are built on, making the future legible before consensus forms. The ability to see through dominant narratives, keeping multiple possibilities open and challenging ossified ideas is essential to anticipate the future. Our goal is to equip people with the critical lens to shape what these changes mean for their lives.
We operate through translation and mediation, opening up portals of access and direct interchange between the tech sector, the humanities, and creative institutions that make emerging futures clear and actionable.
